Returns

In accordance with current legislation, you may return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

How to Make a Return?

Contact our manager in any convenient way and inform them about the return.

Send the item via Nova Poshta to the address specified in the manager’s message.

After receiving the package, we will inspect the item. If it meets all conditions, the funds will be refunded to the card used for payment within 3–5 business days.

It is important to us that:

* all tags and original packaging are preserved;
* the item has no signs of wear, damage, stains, or foreign odors.

📌 Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If the item does not pass inspection, we will have to send it back.

📌 Returns are accepted only from the order recipient. If another person sends the package, please inform us on social media and provide the sender’s details.

Exchange

An exchange is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions:

* Exchange is possible only for the same product in a different size or color.
* If the required option is not available, a full refund for the originally purchased item will be issued.

How to Exchange an Item?

Message our manager, indicating the reason for the exchange and the desired size/model.

Send the item via Nova Poshta to the branch specified by the manager.

After inspection, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

❌ Exchange is not possible if:

* the item shows signs of wear, damage, or foreign odors;
* it is underwear, bodysuits, corsets, or other personal hygiene items (in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”);
* tags are missing or the packaging is severely damaged.
